New diet plan

My diet plan starts today.the rules are quite strict. starting today dah tak boleh ambik karbohidrat dan minuman bergula. Jadi kena la lupakan sekejap pada milo panas, white coffee, nasi dagang, nasi lemak dan segala jenis nasi yang Dila suka..i only can take protein, veggies and drink lots of water + SDII(makanan pendietan) . my current weight is 55kg.hoping that i can reduce it to 45kg. tak lah banyak sangat pun, tapi susah gile-_- tapi ngan pelan diet ni my dad manage to loose about 10 kg..ngaaa~~ tak sabar^^

Hari ni rasa xde mood nak menjahit.. procrastinating.... i've been lurking on twitter since yesterday sebab tak nak tertinggal update event semalam ;p
